Bethel - overrated? not so!

At least for me!

On the second day of the school of worship, I was still pondering on what Kris Vallotton has said yesterday and today he spoke again. I was totally blown away!

Let me tell you, there are more than 300 students here at Bethel church, 40% of them are from other countries! The beginning of first day, I couldn't wait to meet new people and just wanna make new friends.

But guess what, after Kris' session, my mind was so overwhelmed by what he said, and right after he finished his message, all i wanted to do was to hide myself in a corner, review what I had jotted down, write down anything that i have missed when it still fresh in my memory, and journal my thought. I didn't wanna miss a thing, even some of them I don't think I've completely grasped what it means. It was that good!

I wish I could write more about it, but right now I need to contemplate on it.

But I would like to share some quotes which i think are really good :
  • In time of change, learners prepare themselves for war, the learned find themselves well prepared for the war that is no longer exist.
  • Slavery is the fruit of no revolution, revolution is the fruit of friendship! Grow out of slavery and be friends with God.
  • Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever. But you, Daniel, close up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge. Daniel 12:3-4
  • Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you. Isaiah 60:1
